Wood products are made from dead trees and planned, responsible deforestation. Bone comes from naturally deceased animals. Leather is vegetable tanned. They installed a water filtration system for their block printing partner to save 1 million gallons annually and remove toxins from discharge. Air shipping is kept to a minimum in favor of freight shipping to reduce their carbon footprint.
